He has been called a ""jivanmukta"" (liberated soul) or ""Aghoreshwar"" and his spiritual state has been described as ""Shambhavi Avastha"" (state of Shiva), died. The seminar was conducted by HQ Army Training Command, Shimla on behalf of the Indian Army. A total of 126 foreign delegates from 71 countries participated in the seminar.
