In Tamil Nadu (India), there is a proverb which says.. "Whoever eats salt, has to drink water". Means when we eat Salt the water element should be taken to balance it (Observe it next time when you eat more salt). Also , when you are in Fear, you do not drink water since that fear blocks the Kidney and Kidney bladder. Sometimes you have Ear pain, it shows your kidney and bladder have some issues.
It is like a combination of Water element, Salt, Fear, Ear, Kidney and Bladder. The problem may exist with any one of these components.
Here, we are focusing how to take care of your body and mind based on Body level or Annamaya Kosha or Earth Element. That is why in ancient days the naturopathy treatment was the main medical practice.
So, if you are fearful then it will affect your Kidney, Kidney Bladder and Ear and eventually the Water element in your body will get disturbed.
Please remember, you are nothing but the accumulation of five elements (Earth, Water, Heat, Air and Ether or Akash). Five elements are nothing but various combinations of Atoms.
If you go further, the atoms are nothing but divine particles.
If a person realizes this truth then he will have tremendous gratitude to his body and mind and that is nothing but transmutation. He/she will start seeing everybody as Divine or
Divine covered with Ego.
