Cauliflower florets 8-10 For marination Ginger Garlic Paste 2-3 tsp Soy sauce 2 tsp Vinegar 1 tsp Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Cornflour 2 tbsp Oil for frying Gravy Ingredients Onion small (diced)1 Green Bell Pepper (diced) 1 Garlic chopped 2-3 Soy sauce 1 tsp Green Chilli 1(slit) Vinegar 1/2 tsp Red chilli sauce 1 tsp Tomato sauce 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste Cornstarch mix with water
Fry cauliflower florets drain on paper towel. Heat oil in a pan add garlic chilli & saute.add onion & bell peppers saute.now add sauce mixture & corn starch mix give a boil.add fried cauliflower florets.mix properly so that sauce coat properly. Tips Check salt before adding in gravy as we added in marination. Coat marination properly on cauliflower. Add fried cauliflower in gravy 10 min before serving. Adjust spices & sauce as per own tastebuds
