Housing Community: Aspira Apartments
OCI requirements say that we have to submit a passport size photo in light background (not white). Do you know how strict they are about that? I have a photo that we got at Costco for US passport that is white background (most of the places here do white background), do you know if it will work? If not then where can we get a photo in light background?

The photo has to be WHITE background for OCI. If your photo has White background thn it will work fine.
