Cooking Instructions
Soak the rice for 8 hours. Soak 4 hours urad dal.Poha 20 minutes before grinding. Fine Grind first urdal dal with methi seeds .Grind rice little coarse with poha. Mix all the batter with ur hand keep for fermentation for 12 hours night time will be good next day with salt mix use idlli plate finally yami idlli in your plate ENJOY!
